We asked InnerCrust members a few questions to make sure we're providing useful information on this site. Here's what we learned.
Some of your requests & comments...
- Coupon codes that work on pizzahut.com
We just found out that many coupon codes were never "activated" for online ordering and we should have that fixed now! Sorry for the inconvenience!
- Some really "ripping good" deals only available here.
Yeah...it's been awhile since we could give a "ripping good" deal and be confident every InnerCrust member could get it without a hassle. We're working out some kinks with coupon codes and hope to start emailing great offers again soon!
- coupons that you could use at the local pizza hut without having to place your order online
We can do that. You can already print the coupons on the Deals page and redeem them "off-line"...and soon we'll have a new InnerCrust-exclusive deal that will work for online or offline orders; we'll tell you about it in a month or so!
- More frequent & more exclusive specials
Agreed! Because it's so difficult for every part-time employee to know about every variation of every offer and handle each one properly, we're going to try emailing more frequent, InnerCrust-exclusive deals for online orders. We just have to get the coupon code kinks worked out (see above).
- Daily Deal - only available if you click on email
Love it! We don't have the manpower (or woman-power) to do this now, but awesome idea for next year, maybe.
- More unique offers & trials.
Should be on the way soon (see above)...and we hope take a poll on the site to find out exactly what offers InnerCrust members want to find on the Deals page (the coupons there now are basically our best-redeeming offers at lower price-points than in our print ads plus a few extra "meal deal" type offers, but maybe that's not what members want)
- more history, trivia, & fun facts about Pizza Hut
Okay...we're working on it. In fact, we're looking for people to help keep the site up-to-date, fun, educational...if you're interested, check-out Help Wanted.

Good idea! Later this year or early next year, we should have a fun & games section of the site (we have some games, but need more; can you help?) and we'll try to find a way to incorporate prizes.
- change all your items to natural, even the crusts, keep them tasty how they are just don't use preservatives.
Our parent-company, Pizza Hut, Inc. planned to convert as many products as possible to all-natural, but we don't know their timeline.
- way to sign on to pizzahut.com with my inner crust ID
We tried to make this happen, but PizzaHut.com accounts require much more personal information than InnerCrust accounts, so the people responsible for PizzaHut.com don't want ANY information shared or "passing" from one site to the other. If you have trouble remembering both logins, it may help to change your InnerCrust password to something similar to the one you use for PizzaHut.com...sorry we can't make it any better than that. :-(
- Great site. I love the deals that you have. Pizza Hut Coshocton, Ohio is great. They know when I walk in now that I have the InnerCrust card and they have always honored it! Thanks!!

- Our favorite, both me and my wife, is Pizza Hut pizza. It always has been.(we're both 60+ years old)
- I haven't ordered online for a long time, and it was much more user friendly this time. I love the page of deals for under $10. I was hesitant to place my order because I wasn't sure if I would be able to change the store once I started to order. It listed a different store as my home store than the one I usually order from. I proceded, though, and was able to select which store I wanted to order from.
- When I am ready to get food from my favorite Pizza Hut, I really love the InnerCrust.com website! All the menu items are there, along with specials and info--I'm just waiting for my Pizza Hut to deliver to my rural area. But for now I'll still be picking up my yummy stuff.
- I wish more pizza huts had drive thrus but the one in my city sure does

In this always-on, information-at-the-speed-of-light world, we asked InnerCrust
members how connected they are. Here’s what they had to say about their use of
several communication tools.

- The internet is like Aladdin's lamp. Whatever you need to find is there.
- pizza hut ordering online is the greatest
- I love being able to order my pizza online ahead of time.
- Hard to remember how we lived without the internet.

Other thoughts from members:
- I take time to look at Pizza Hut offers in the mail and save them. I guess, I'm old fashioned but alot of older people don't have computers and do the same. Keep sending your ads. Thanks!
We will! Yet, we can get deals out faster using email (some of our ads have a 6-week leadtime!) and believe that people who take the time to visit us online and join The InnerCrust deserve our best deals.
- Would love to see more coupons for Supreme pizzas on the Inner Crust - that's our favorite!
Look for the $12.99 Large 3-topping Pizza coupon on the Deals page about three weeks each month; you can use it for a Large Supreme pizza, too!
- Minimal order amount for a delivery is way too high at the local pizza hut, 44224 area code. Can't take advantage of a low priced deal without having to order stuff that makes it not so much of a deal.
We know people are looking for value right now, so we're rolling out more every-day-low-price items...most value menu items don't meet the delivery order minimum on their own. The minimum (as of mid-June) for an order to be delivered is $11.50 (including delivery service charge). We hope you understand that the level of service would suffer (and we probably couldn't stay in business) if we delivered orders for small-dollar-amounts.
- Local pizza hut employees had no idea what the key fob was, or how to use it.
Sorry! We've been working on this communication problem and realize that some messages will still "slip through the cracks." Please let us know if you ever run into problems of any kind in the restaurant or ordering online!

You can create-your-own with veggies or just cheese! It's best to place this order by phone. Later this year, we expect the online ordering site to have a comments field where you can create-your-own P'Zone!
